That’s why we stand behind each of our  dachshund puppies with a comprehensive Health Guarantee designed to give you assurance in every step of your puppy’s development.

Our Pledge to You:

Each dachshund puppy from our program is raised with diligent care, attention to health, and well-rounded early experiences. Our commitment extends long after your puppy goes home, as we believe every new owner deserves ongoing support and protection.

1. One -Year Genetic Health Guarantee:
We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for a full two years from the date of birth. This includes but is not limited to major disorders known to affect the dachshund breed, such as certain heart conditions. Our breeding dogs are carefully selected based on genetic testing and veterinary screening, giving our puppies the healthiest start possible.

2. Vet-Checked and Vaccinated:
Before leaving our care, every puppy receives a full veterinary examination. Puppies are vaccinated according to age, on a schedule recommended by our veterinarian, and are de-wormed regularly. You will receive a detailed health record with your puppy, showing vaccinations, de-worming dates, and all veterinary checks performed.

3. Free from Infectious Diseases Upon Arrival:
Your puppy will arrive home with you in good health and free from contagious diseases. We ask that you take your new puppy to your veterinarian for a complete check-up within three days of arrival to confirm and validate their health.

4. Support for Any Concerns:
If a congenital or genetic health condition is identified by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee time frame, we promise to work closely with your family. Depending on the situation, this may include offering a replacement puppy of equal value or, if agreed, helping with veterinary costs (see our contract for details).

5. Lifetime Support and Guidance:
Our care doesn’t end once your puppy goes home. We encourage families to keep in touch and reach out if questions, concerns, or new needs arise at any stage of your puppy’s life. Whether it’s about health, nutrition, or training, our goal is your continued confidence and your puppy’s lifelong well-being.

Important Health Guarantee Conditions:
To ensure the ongoing protection of your  puppy’s health (and to keep the guarantee valid), we ask all new owners to:

• Schedule a vet visit within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home.
• Provide appropriate and timely veterinary care, including vaccinations, de-worming, parasite prevention, and spaying or neutering if not previously done.
• Maintain your puppy on a nutritious diet and practice good daily care.
• Avoid any harmful situations or environments, including over-exercising young puppies or exposing them to contagious diseases before vaccinations are complete.

Exclusions:
Our Health Guarantee does not cover conditions that arise from neglect, injury, environmental factors, or contagious illnesses contracted after the puppy leaves our care. Issues related to common parasites, minor illnesses, or conditions caused by accidents or improper care are not included.
